These terms set out the rules for using the League of Shattap websites. By using them, you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the websites.
1. WHO WE ARE AND WHAT THESE TERMS COVER
The League of Shattap websites are run by Aaron Fernandes (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms apply to leagueofshattap.info and all of its subdomains, including minilcs.leagueofshattap.info (the MiniLCS competition site) and any subdomain added later for another competition or brand. Together these are “the websites”. “You” means anyone using them.
2. RIOT GAMES
The League of Shattap and/or this competition is not affiliated with or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. or League of Legends Esports.
League of Legends, its champions, artwork and related names are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Game data and images shown on the websites come from Riot Games’ public services and are used under Riot Games’ terms for community projects.
3. USING THE WEBSITES
The websites are free to use. You may view pages and print them for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not:
1. republish, sell, rent or sub-license material from the websites;
2. copy or reproduce material from the websites for commercial use;
3. use automated tools to copy large parts of the websites, or put an unreasonable load on them;
4. try to get into parts of the websites you aren’t meant to access;
5. use the websites in any way that breaks the law or harms other people.
You can share links to any page, and quote small parts with a credit and a link back.
4. OUR CONTENT
Unless stated otherwise, the content on the websites (text, layouts, logos, graphics, rankings and awards) belongs to us or the people who gave it to us. Content made by Riot Games remains theirs (section 2). Content owned by players and teams, such as team logos, remains theirs.
5. TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
The websites publish tournament results, schedules, rosters, rankings, awards and game statistics. We try to keep them correct, but we don’t promise they are complete, accurate or up to date. Official results and rulings are the ones in each competition’s ruleset and announced by its organisers.

6. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
The websites link to other services, such as Twitch, YouTube and Discord. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
You may link to our websites, as long as the link isn’t misleading and doesn’t suggest we endorse you. You may not show our pages inside a frame on another website without our written permission.
7. AVAILABILITY
We may change, pause or remove any part of the websites at any time. We don’t guarantee they will always be available or free of errors.
8. OUR LIABILITY
The websites and their information are provided free of charge, as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss or damage from using them, or from relying on their information.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that can’t be limited by law. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud.
9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the websites after a change, you accept the new terms.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute about them will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
